Located on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, Stef Yim cultivates his vines as one would maintain a dialogue with a volcano: with respect, precision, and intuition. The plots, located between 600 and 1,500 meters above sea level, are cultivated organically and carefully crafted to express the purity of the volcanic terroir. Each vintage reflects the unique expression of the soil, altitude, and vintage, delivering vibrant, deep wines without artifice.
