Located on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, Stef Yim cultivates his vines as one would a volcano: with respect, precision, and intuition. The plots, located between 600 and 1,500 meters above sea level, are organically cultivated and carefully worked to express the purity of the volcanic terroir. Each cuvée reflects the unique expression of the soil, the altitude, and the vintage, producing vibrant and profound wines without artifice.
