The “Belrespiro” cuvée is the deep and structured expression of Matelica's Verdicchio. Produced through rigorous selection, this wine reveals aromas of ripe fruit, dried herbs, sweet spices, and the characteristic almond flavor of the grape variety. Full-bodied and balanced, it retains a beautiful freshness.

Stefano Zoli produces Verdicchio di Matelica in the hills of Le Marche, using old vines from the 1950s, cultivated organically. He uses spontaneous fermentation and aging in cement and stainless steel, producing mineral, taut, vibrant whites that are suitable for aging. “A great grape, a great place, and a great performer.”
