STEFANO ZOLI

Stefano Zoli produces Verdicchio di Matelica in the hills of Le Marche, using old vines from the 1950s, cultivated organically. He uses spontaneous fermentation and aging in cement and stainless steel, producing mineral, taut, vibrant whites that are suitable for aging. “A great grape, a great place, and a great performer.”
