FATTORIA BONSALTO

Fattoria Bonsalto is located in the heart of Tuscany: in Montespertoli, not far from Florence. Although the region is not among the best known in the region, viticulture is closely linked to the culture of the place and the people who inhabit it.
Bonsalto looks like a typical Tuscan farmhouse. The vine is at the center of the project but shares space with other plants, from wood to olive trees, in a varied ecosystem rich in biodiversity.
The 22 hectares of vines are cultivated with ancient Tuscan grape varieties, convinced that they are the key to best representing, authentically and faithfully, the history and terroir of these places.

A particular microclimate

Amastuola wines are renowned for their exceptional quality, resulting from a combination of traditional and innovative winemaking techniques.

The “cocciopesto” amphora: an ancient and unique material

An inert material, which releases neither odors nor aromas, but thanks to its porosity, it guarantees perfect microssigenation to obtain a wine which evolves into authentic flavors, respecting the organoelectic nature of the grapes

Artisanal wines that speak of territory

“We love authentic wines, capable of speaking our language and telling the story of the lands in which we live. For this reason, we only grow old Tuscan varieties and we do not have international grape varieties. We like to work in an artisanal way, without manipulation, shortcuts or constraints.
