A very refined Nebbiolo from Roero, reflecting the sandy and lighter character of its terroir compared to its Langhe cousins. Aromas of red cherry, sweet spices, rose petal, and undergrowth. The tannins are present but silky, with a nice acidity that lengthens the wine.
