A fresh and saline Ansonica, directly inspired by the sea surrounding the Argentario promontory. This dry white wine reveals notes of yellow fruits (apricot, peach), Mediterranean flowers, and a lovely hint of iodine. The palate is supple and refreshing, with a slight bitter finish that invites you to enjoy the meal.
