The Sauvignon Blanc of Aquila del Torre is a true expression of the land and climate of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The vines are bathed in the soft light of the Italian sun, while the Adriatic breeze brings a welcome freshness. This wine reveals a pale and brilliant yellow color, sparkling like the waters of the Mediterranean. On the nose, it offers an exquisite aromatic bouquet, combining notes of grapefruit, lime and freshly picked white flowers. On the palate it is lively and elegant, with an acidity that gives energy to every sip. Flavors of tropical fruits and fresh herbs dance in harmony, creating a balanced and refreshing taste experience. It is the ideal companion for seafood, Mediterranean dishes or simply to be enjoyed casually on a sunny day.

Biodynamics goes further than organic farming. It's a holistic approach that considers the vine, soil, and environment as a living ecosystem to be preserved. Concretely, this means: zero pesticides, zero chemical fertilizers, treatments exclusively based on natural preparations (such as horn manure or silica), and a work schedule aligned with lunar cycles. In the cellar, intervention is kept to a minimum: no industrial yeasts, little or no added sulfur. The result? A wine that faithfully expresses its terroir: vibrant, complex, and unique to each vintage. At AtelierVino, this is a non-negotiable requirement.

The sale of wine is prohibited to persons under 16 years of age.

A story behind every bottle

Ateliervino is where a passionate sommelier meets exceptional Italian winemakers. Maria Elena, the founder, travels across Italy to discover gems that are impossible to find elsewhere. Biodynamic, artisanal wines from small family estates that tend their vines as carefully as they would their own children. Each bottle you receive is the result of a rigorous selection, guided by a single conviction: the best wine is one that tells the story of an authentic terroir.

Real Italian wine still exists

The wine industry produces millions of standardized bottles, designed for supermarket shelves. Meanwhile, exceptional Italian winemakers work in the shadows, unable to compete with the massive and chemical production of denatured bottles. These are the ones we seek. These are the ones we defend. At AtelierVino, every bottle you receive is a precious support for those who make true Italian wine.
