Accompaniments : fresh or mature cheeses; grilled octopus or cuttlefish; vegetarian dishes with herbs; Mediterranean cuisine
A freer, more artisanal version of the Ansonica.
This "Integrale" vintage is vinified with a short skin maceration, without filtration.
The result? A wine with an orange color, a more textured profile, with aromas of dried herbs, citrus zest, resin and an almost saline finish.
